WASHINGTON, DC - Congressman Lee Terry (NE-02) today made the following statement on the actions of Rep. Foley.

"I am grateful this came to light for the benefit of the country so that this man will not serve in the U.S. Congress.  His actions were unbelievably disgraceful and he should be immediately investigated and fully charged and prosecuted for any crimes committed.  His actions were despicable and I sincerely hope this man receives immediate professional help.  This man violated all levels of trust and he does not represent the values of the , the U.S. Congress, the Republican caucus, and certainly not Nebraska."
