My office has many opportunities for students to experience the legislative process and to get involved in their government. We also have many resources for students of all ages. Below you will find information and links that may be helpful to students as they are researching projects, looking for internships, or applying for college. We have resources for elementary school, middle school, high school, and college students. Please use these resources and contact my staff if you have any problems.

Information for the Younger Learner

  • KIDS PAGE – this page provides many links to information geared towards younger children. There are many activities for children in elementary and middle school.
  • Congresswoman Drake visits schools – have your school principal contact the Congresswoman’s Washington, D.C. office to set up a visit with your school.

  • Service Academy Nominations – For information regarding Congressional nominations to the Service Academies
  • Financial Aid for College – Going to college is hard to fund, here you will find a lot of information regarding ways to help pay for college
  • Internships – We accept applications for internships at both our D.C. and our Virginia Beach Offices.
