Markup of H. Res. 420 - "Directing the Attorney General to transmit to the House of Representatives not later than 14 days after the date of the adoption of this resolution documents in the possession of the Attorney General relating to the disclosure of the identity and employment of Ms. Valerie Plame";
Agreeing to the objection raised by the Ranking Minority Member, the Chairman pulled the following bills from consideration at this markup: H.R. 3728 - "To extend the statue of limitations pursuant to state of emergency, and for other purposes"; H.R. 3729 - "To provide emergency authority to delay or toll judicial proceedings in United States district and circuit courts," and; H.R. 3730 - "To amend title 18, United States Code, to prevent interference with Federal disaster relief efforts, and for other purposes."
