Rep. Gerlach announces funding for Phoenixville (Feb. 10)
PHOENIXVILLE -- Rep. Jim Gerlach posed with Phoenixville officials shortly after announcing that the Chester County borough had received two grants totaling $425,000. The money will be used to support restorations to the historic Foundry building and to assist in the redevelopment of the former Phoenix Steel Co. property.
