3/15/05- 4: Representatives From Powder Springs Powder Springs Council Member Tom Bevirt, Mayor Patricia Vaughn, Congressman Scott and Council Members Nancy Arnold and Al Thurman meet to discuss funding for projects in the city, such as the renovation of the old Powder Springs Elementary School building into a community center, a theater project and to request support for the Community Development Block Grant funding.
