Summary
H.R. 1028 resolves that the House of Representatives supports the goals and
ideals of Red Ribbon Week, encourages children and teens to choose to live a
drug-free life, and encourages the people of the United States to promote
drug-free communities and to participate in drug prevention activities to show
support for healthy, productive, and drug-free lifestyles.

H.R. 1028 was introduced by Rep. Souder (IN) on March 1, 2005. It
was referred to the Energy and Commerce Committee, but was not considered.
