Many Members of Congress are now using Web-based forms due to the high amound of SPAM received through traditional e-mail accounts.

Thousands of e-mails from non-constituents and companies trying to sell products delay responses to constituents. By using a Web form, Todd is able to better serve those he was elected to represent.
