Any eligible person residing in the Ninth District of Pennsylvania who wishes to apply for a nomination from Bill to the United States Air Force, United States Merchant Marine, United States Military, or the United States Naval Academies may request the necessary application by sending a letter including your name, address, phone, current school and graduation date to: Congressman Bill Shuster
Students wishing to attend a United States Service Academy upon graduation from High School are strongly encouraged to contact Bill's office during the spring of your junior year. The deadline for submission of all application materials will be November 1st of your senior year.
