Congressman Shuster invited U.S. Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services Josephine Carbonell to the Altoona Home Nursing Agency to discuss rural health care with local officials, Home Nursing staff and patients.  Here, Shuster meets with Home Nursing staff after the visit.  They discussed hospice care, telehealth and home health for people in rural communities.
