Congressman Shays' district office provides a full range of constituent services to the Fourth Congressional District. Constituents frequently seek assistance with concerns involving Social Security, Medicare, the Internal Revenue Service, Citizenship and Immigration Services and other agencies. If you have a problem or question concerning an agency, the district staff is prepared to assist you.

Because federal privacy laws prohibit any inquiries on your behalf without your written permission, Congressman Shays will need a written request for assistance from you before his staff can begin working on your case.
