Congressman Donald M. Payne continues to have one of the highest pro-environmental records in the House of Representatives. He has supported The Clean Air Act, Brownfields legislation and SuperFund. Congressman Payne does not support drilling in the Artic Refuge. He is working to encourage a move toward renewable energy sources. The Congressman is working actively on clean air and water initiative in New Jersey.
