Committee on Small Business

With small businesses accounting for half of our nation's gross domestic product and employing half our all Americans, regulating issues pertaining to small business is extremely important to millions of Americans. The committee oversees the Small Business Administration, and considers the impact other legislation would have on America's small businesses. Whether it is loans, credit, and capital, or making employer based health care more affordable, the Small Business Committee considers issues of vital importance not only to businesses and their owners, but also to employees and their families.
