Service Academy Nominations
Students can apply for a nomination from Congresswoman Kelly to one of the four U.S. service academies:
All candidates applying for a nomination must be citizens of the United States and legal residents of the 19th Congressional District in New York. They must be at least 17 years of age and have not reached their 23rd birthday on July 1 of the year of admission to the academy. Please use the nomination request forms in the column to the right to apply for a nomination from Congresswoman Kelly. Nomination request forms should be faxed (845-291-4164) or mailed to Congresswoman Kelly's Orange County office.
Applicants should begin inquiring about the process during their junior year of high school.
