  • Rep. Kelly secured $27.6 million for the VA Medical Center in Montrose to construct a new N.Y. State long-term nursing care facility. (106th Congress)
  • Rep. Kelly secured $491,782 for the Hudson Valley Hospital Center in Cortlandt to upgrade its emergency facilities. (108th Congress)
  • Rep. Kelly secured $2.5 million for Westchester County to purchase new replacement buses. (108th Congress)
  • Rep. Kelly was instrumental in assisting in the establishment of a Women’s Business Center in Westchester County. This is a regional center to assist women small business owners with low-interest loans, technical assistance, and business counseling. (108th Congress)
  • Rep. Kelly secured $27,000 for the Town of Pound Ridge to help fund the purchase of a new police patrol vehicle. (107th Congress)
  • Rep. Kelly secured $75,000 to help the Westchester County District Attorney's office implement its “Clear Choices” Drug Prevention initiative. (107th Congress)
  • Rep. Kelly secured $500,000 for the Westchester-Putnam Counties Consortium for Worker Education and Training to provide expanded job training services to jobless individuals seeking employment in the construction trades. (107th Congress)
