"FERC's Environmental Impact Statement is very disappointing. It's clear that FERC does not fully understand the risks a Liquefied Natural Gas facility would pose to the Fall River community. I will continue to work with my colleagues to make sure that FERC - and the Department of Homeland Security - are fully aware of the serious problems with the Fall River LNG proposal."
