  To maintain close connections with the people of Oregon, I opened six offices throughout the state and host an annual public meeting in every Oregon county. Whether you need help navigating the sea of federal red tape or you are planning a trip to the nation's Capitol, my staff and I are here to help.
   
   

 

My office may be able to help you resolve a problem, grievance, question of eligibility, need, benefit, or other interest involving the federal government. In most cases, individuals will be asked to complete and sign a Privacy Release Act form so my staff can contact federal agencies on their behalf.

  Each year my office receives numerous inquiries concerning nominations to the United States Service Academies. I am pleased to provide the following information for constituents who may be interested in a service academy appointment.
 
 
  The purpose of my Internship Program is to provide opportunities for college students, recent college graduates and others interested in public service to gain firsthand knowledge of the way in which a Senate office operates and to observe the legislative process at the federal level, and to develop research skills related to public policy.
