Flag Requests
As one of my constituents, you may request U.S. flags to be flown over the
U.S. Capitol through my office.
A certificate of authenticity will accompany
flags flown over the Capitol. Please print and
fill out the attached Flag Request Form with the necessary information.
You may need to download Adobe Acrobat to print
the form.
