Washington, D.C. – In its recent High-Tech Scorecard for the 109th Congress, the Computer & Communications Industry Association (CCIA) awarded Zoe Lofgren (D-San Jose) a perfect score of 100% for her votes on key issues for the technology industry. Similarly, in its just released Technology Voter Guide for 2006, C-Net gave Lofgren the highest score of any Democrat in either chamber of Congress.
“I am honored to be recognized for my commitment to innovation and technological advancement,” said Rep. Lofgren. “As my constituents in the Silicon Valley recognize, and as I helped outline in the House Democrats’ Innovation Agenda, Congress must have a strong focus on technology to keep America at the top of the global economy.” |
