One of the things I most enjoy about serving
Oregon in the U.S. Senate is the opportunity to
meet folks from all over the state and to hear what's on their minds
and what's going on in
their lives. When I was first elected to the Senate, I pledged to
host at least one public town meeting in each of Oregon's 36 counties
each year.
Since 1996, I've held more than 350 town halls
across the state. These town meetings are
non-partisan gatherings, open to anybody who is interested in discussing
issues important to
the local community or pending federal legislation.
Whether you come to a town meeting in Baker
City, Port Orford, or Prineville, I can promise you the conversation
will be lively. I look forward to seeing you, your family, friends
and neighbors at the next town hall meeting in your neighborhood.
Sincerely,
The
following town hall meeting will be hosted by Senator Wyden:
