Scheduling Requests

Representative Schwartz receives hundreds of event and meeting requests a week. We appreciate your patience in allowing us time to review and respond to your request.

Representative Schwartz's schedule varies greatly depending on the congressional calendar. If you would like to set up a meeting specific to either the district or DC, please review the congressional calendar prior to suggesting a date and time to meet. Please be aware that the legislative schedule can change unexpectedly.

All scheduling requests, including district events and meetings, are handled from the Washington, D.C. office.

In order to expedite the many requests that the Congresswoman receives, we request that all event and meeting requests be sent in writing.

In order to best facilitate your meeting request:

Due to screening procedures it takes several weeks for mail to reach the DC office, so we recommend that you do not mail scheduling requests.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have concerning scheduling requests. For more information please call 202-225-6111 and ask to speak with the scheduler.
