Ray's Springfield office is located on the west-side of Abraham Lincoln's hometown, across Montvale Drive from Robert Morris College. This office serves the people of Logan, Macon, Mason, Menard, and Sangamon counties.

This office handles a variety of constituent service activities. From advocating for 18th District residents who need assistance with a federal agency to helping to fund an area project, Ray's Springfield staff is eager to work with local citizens. The Springfield office can also help with tourist information for people who are traveling to Washington, D.C.

Office Manager
Donna oversees the office, coordinates Ray's Springfield area schedule, and handles Springfield Congressional internships.

Judy Hinds
Staff Assistant
Judy handles all Springfield area casework for Ray, including issues dealing with immigration, veterans, Medicare, and the Labor Department.

Tim Butler
Communications Director
Tim deals with all media-related matters for Ray, including news releases and arranging interviews. Tim is also webmaster for the Congressman.
