The Tenth District runs as far south as Wilmette and as far north as Waukegan.
The District stretches west to Inverness and east to the shores of Lake Michigan. Famous not only for its lakeside beauty, the Tenth District is also recognized for its well-educated, independent minded citizens. The marvels of our district include the Ravinia Festival in Highland Park, Chicago Botanic Gardens in Glencoe, Illinois State Beach Park in Zion, and the Baha'i Temple in Wilmette.
The District is also home to numerous Fortune 500 companies, such as Baxter Healthcare, Abbott Laboratories, Allstate Insurance, and Household International.
