Legislation by Congressman Jackson

I entered the United States House of Representatives in December of 1995, the end of the 1st Session of the 104th Congress. I introduced my first pieces of legislation on the same day during the 105th Congress. I sought to amend certain provisions of the welfare program's mandatory community work requirements.
