VIP Request Form

If you are a resident of New York's Second Congressional District and planning a trip to Washington, our office may be able to assist you. A very limited number of Congressional VIP reservations are available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that all requests must be received at least four to six weeks in advance. Important Notice for White House Tours

Tours of the White House are only available for groups of 10 or more people. These tours are conducted Tuesday through Saturday, between 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. All tour requests are subject to White House determined availability and security clearance.

If you request a White House tour, the following information is REQUIRED in advance for EACH visitor: full name (first, middle initial and last), date of birth, Social Security Number (for those 14 and older), and whether each visitor is a U.S. citizen (if they are not, please give their country of origin). Failure to provide complete and accurate security information for White House tours will prevent our office from successfully securing a reservation.

Please provide each visitor's full name (last, first and middle initial), date of birth & if each visitor is a U.S. Citizen (if they are not, please give their country of origin). Please note: a staff member from Rep. Israel's office will call you to get the rest of the security information needed by the White House.
