Welcome to my constituent services page. Here you will find links to a number of services that I'm happy to provide for you, such as ordering a flag that has flown over the U.S. Capitol.  In addition, if you have any problems or questions dealing with federal agencies, like the Social Security Administration or the IRS, please contact my office and one of my caseworkers will be happy to assist you.
 
Casework: One of the most important jobs a representative has is helping constituents when they are having problems with federal agencies.  If you need help with a problem you are having with a federal agency, please contact one of my district offices to initiate a casework request.
 
Constituent Resources: This page provides a variety of resources for constituents from  tips on consumer information to assistance from the federal government.
 
Flags: Official flags flown over the United States’ Capitol are available for purchase. They can be flown in memory of a loved one or for a special occasion in honor of a person or organization. Please note that for each flag flown, the Architect of the Capitol charges an additional $4.05, and we also charge $3.95 per flag for shipping.  Click here (.pdf) for my flag request form.
 
Grants: This link provides guidance and online resources regarding federal grants and non-financial assistance, as well as information on private foundation funding.  Click here for my grant request form.
 
Military Academy Nominations: I am able to nominate exceptional young men and women who reside in my congressional district to the United States Military Service Academies, including the Air Force, Military, Naval, and Merchant Marine Academies.  To begin your academy nomination process, please fill out this form then fax or mail it to my Buffalo office.
 
Obtaining a Passport: Here you will find links to many questions concerning passports.  Should you have any additional questions, or would like assistance in an emergency travel situation, do not hesitate to contact one of my offices.
 
Student Financial Aid: The following information will help you learn more about financial aid for students and how to apply for assistance.
 
Tours: Washington, DC provides a wide array of historical and cultural activities. Some exhibits and monuments are free and do not require reservations, however, some do.  My Washington, DC office can arrange a number of different tours for when you are visiting the area.  To schedule a tour, please contact my office at 202-225-3306.
 
Veterans: My office can help Veterans of the American Armed Forces navigate the VA and address many common questions.
