Solar Panels at Meridian Park Elementary School

Inslee and Larry Owens from the Shoreline Solar Project address the crowd at the openng of the Meridian Park Elementary School's solar panels in Shoreline. The school received a grant from Seattle City Light to build a solar module that will cover 1-2% of itsr energy needs. the panels will help with energy costs as well as serve as a teaching tool for students and parents.
