CONSTITUENT SERVICES  » Help with Federal Agencies

One of the lesser known parts of Congressman Hensarling's job in Washington is to help constituents cut through red tape when problems related to a federal agency arise.

In addition to helping people with problems in areas such as Social Security and the IRS, Jeb can also help people who have questions or concerns relating to immigration, veterans benefits, Medicare, and a host of other federal issues.

While Jeb cannot influence a department or agency on how they should rule on a particular case or inquiry, he can ensure that your issue or concern gets the proper attention and consideration it deserves.

If you live in the 5th Congressional District of Texas and have a federal-related question or concern with which you think you might need some assistance, please contact Congressman Hensarling at one of his two district offices, or via our Web Respond form. Please be ready to provide any relevant information about your case, such as copies of tax forms and Medicare statements. Also, please have your Social Security number available.

In most cases, a Privacy Release Form will be required, and a separate USCIS Privacy Release Form for immigration issues. The Federal Privacy Act requires this form in order for Jeb to pursue a federal inquiry on a person's behalf.

If you have immigration or social security issues, please contact the Dallas district office for further information and required forms.
