| Description: We have vast coal resources in Wyoming, and the challenge is to develop and deploy technologies that will cleanly and efficiently turn that coal into badly-needed energy. I have cosponsored this bill to reduce the cost of investing in clean-coal combustion and gasification projects. At the same time, I continue to fight for a comprehensive energy policy. I’m very pleased that the main components of S. 1153 have been included in the Senate energy bill, S. 6. |
