Description: A lawsuit is usually a lengthy and expensive way to resolve a conflict, particularly between private citizens and government agencies. I believe it is important to find ways to resolve disputes before they turn into lawsuits. Mediation is often a helpful tool. This program helps an increasing number of Wyoming agricultural producers resolve farm credit conflicts, grazing permit disputes, split estate issues and other agricultural and natural resource related concerns without having to resort to lawsuits.
