| Description: Senate Resolutions are non-legislative vehicles by which the U.S. Senate, as a body, can voice its views. As we near the end of the year, we pause to remember all those brave men and women who have given the last full measure in fighting the War on Terrorism in Iraq. They have given all in the cause of advancing freedom and changing the environment which has given rise to the extremism that breeds and exports terrorism. America remains safe and free through their selfless sacrifice, and their deaths are not in vain. I am proud to cosponsor this resolution an honor their memory. |
