Casework: Assistance with a Federal Agency

Residents of California’s 42nd Congressional District who are experiencing problems with a federal agency may contact Congressman Miller’s office for assistance. Mr. Miller will work on your behalf to clarify your position with the government or have an agency take a closer look at your request.

Please note that federal law is very clear in the protocol between a federal agency and a congressional office. Although Mr. Miller will advocate your position, he will not interfere in the agency’s internal process.

To request that Mr. Miller open a case on your behalf, please complete the consent form and fax it to 714-257-9242 or mail it to Congressman Gary Miller; 1800 E. Lambert Rd, Suite 150; Brea, CA 92821. Within a week, you should be contacted by a member of Mr. Miller’s staff. If not, please call 714-257-1142.
