White House Tour
Thank you for your interest in touring the White House. Please carefully review the following information to request a tour.

We accept tour requests up to 6 months in advance and no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date in Washington D.C. During especially busy times of the year, i.e. spring break weeks and summer months, it is necessary to call well in advance of requested dates as tours are reserved on a "first come, first serve basis".

• Tours of the White House are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday between 7:30am and 12:30am.

• You must arrive at the White House at least 25 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Tours are self-guided and last 30-45 minutes.

• There must be a minimum of 10 people per group to request a White House Tour. You do not personally need to have a group of 10, Congressional Offices work together to put their constituents into tours of 10 people.

• If you request a White House tour you must give a 100% commitment to that tour. If you drop out of the tour after it has been approved or fail to show up the day of the tour, the entire group is penalized and will not be able to enter the White House.
