The 31st Congressional District of Texas consists of Williamson, Erath Hamilton, Coryell, Bell, Milam, and Falls counties; as well as, the Southern tip of Robertson county. Each county brings its own unique style to Texas adding to the colorful flavor of our cherished Lone Star State. A resident of Williamson County for over 30 years, Congressman Carter brings a familiar perspective to a district with traditional conservative Texas values. From cutting edge technology at Dell computers to the world’s largest military installation, Ft. Hood, to the nationally recognized dairy farms, the 31st Congressional District of Texas is as expansive as the Texas sky.
