Summary

H.R. 4912 amends the National Housing Act to extend the exemption respecting required patient days used for specified care categories for critical access hospitals under the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) hospital mortgage insurance program.

Cost Estimate

CBO estimates that implementing H.R. 4912 would increase offsetting collections (a credit against discretionary spending) by $1 million to $3 million over the next five years. Enacting the bill would not affect direct spending or revenues.
