My Casework
One of the most important things that I do as Pennsylvania’s 3rd Congressional District’s U.S. Representative is assist constituents experiencing difficulties with specific federal agencies. Although I am unable to compel an agency to act in favor of a constituent, I can often intervene on a person's behalf to answer questions, find solutions, or just simply cut through the red tape.
If you can't get an answer from a federal agency in a reasonable time or have been treated unfairly, we are here to help resolve the problem or get you the information you need:
Housing
Problems with housing vouchers, federal loan programs and HUD.
Immigration
We help with naturalization applications, immigrant petitions for relatives and adjustment of status applications that are delayed or lost.
Medicare
Information about the Medicare program and the Medicare prescription drug benefit ("Part D").
Passports
Getting passports in an emergency, lost passports and overseas travel restrictions.
Social Security
Help with Social Security benefits, eligibility or missing checks.
Veterans
Problems with veterans’ benefits, eligibility determinations, VA home loans, and replacements of medals earned.
Privacy Release Form
When requesting intervention or assistance from us, it is sometimes necessary to provide a privacy release form to give us access to retrieve your information. Please print this form, fill it out, sign and deliver to the appropriate location. Please note, additional information may have to be provided before final completion of a case. People requesting assistance should contact my nearest district office.
