Many constituents contact our office when they have a concern which involves a federal agency.  If you would like assistance in dealing with such a matter, please write a letter or complete a Casework Authorization form and mail it to the appropriate staff member (see chart below).

Once your letter has been received and processed, you will receive a letter of acknowledgement from Senator Feinstein, along with the name of the assigned staff member.

Please include in your request for assistance:

1. Name

2. Mailing address & phone number

3. Federal agency involved

4. Specific request for assistance

5. Signature of person in need of assistance (required by federal law under the Privacy Act)
