Constituent Services - Flag Requests
One of the services Congressman Walden can provide to residents of the Second District is to have a United States flag flown over the U.S. Capitol in honor of an individual, organization or special event. The order form is below, but if you have any questions, please feel free to call Congressman Walden's Washington, DC office at (202) 225-6730. Due to the demand for flags, he cannot guarantee return dates earlier than six weeks out. The prices for having a flag flown is the direct cost to Congressman Walden; no profits are received from this service.

Each flag will be accompanied with a certificate signed by the Architect of the Capitol certifying the date that the flag was flown over the United States Capitol and listing the name of the person/persons or organization for whom the flag was purchased. Please provide the following information, as applicable, so that we can include the appropriate information on the flag certificate.
