* These self-guided tours are granted by the White House on a first come, first served basis. Due to security concerns, requests must be made at least six months ahead of time and social security numbers must be submitted at least 10 days before the tour date. There is still the possibility that requests will not be fulfilled, even if submitted in a timely manner. White House Tours must have 10 or more people, regardless of age or what type of group. We will work with other offices to form groups of 10 if your party doesn't meet the required number. Tour requests must be submitted through one's Member of Congress and will be accepted up to six months in advance. Tours will be scheduled approximately one month before the requested date, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
