On July 27, Senator Norm Coleman voiced his support for John Bolton’s nomination as U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. at a Senate Foreign Relations Committee Confirmation hearing. Bolton has been serving since last July as the U.S. Ambassador under a temporary recess appointment, which expires at the end of this year.

On Thursday, July 7th Senator Norm Coleman met with local leaders in Caledonia as part of three-city visit to Southeast Minnesota that also included stops in Rochester and Preston to hear and discuss local concerns in the region such as energy and rural healthcare.
