On July 16, Secretary Michael Chertoff came before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs to discuss his review of the Department of Homeland Security and the changes he was going to put in place.  Senator Coleman discussed container and cargo security measures that needed to be put in place with Secretary Chertoff.
