Don't Veer for Deer poster

• Don't Veer for Deer
In Michigan in 2005, there were 58,741 reported car-deer crashes with nine motorists killed and 1,700 injured. About 80 percent of all car-deer crashes take place on two-lane roads between dusk and dawn.
The Michigan Deer Crash Coalition (MDCC) offers tips on avoiding crashes and what to do when hitting a deer is unavoidable.
