Second Amendment

No amount of new legislation will protect our nation's children from violence if existing firearms laws are not enforced. Clearly, it is futile to try and make illegal acts even more illegal. Our time, efforts and energies should instead focus upon strict enforcement of laws already on the books, while seeking to address the underlying reasons behind gun violence itself. Please be assured that I will vigorously oppose any legislation which infringe upon the Second Amendment of the Constitution.
