Notice Regarding LDA Reports Due for the
August 14, 2006 Deadline

The Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 established criteria for determining whether an organization or firm should register their employees as lobbyists. Lobbyists register with the Secretary of the Senate Office of Public Records, which makes these registrations available for public inspection.
