I do not share, sell or disclose personal information about individuals to any entity outside of this congressional office without explicit prior authorization from the individual. The only exception to this policy is the rare occasion when it is necessary to share information in order to accomplish a constituent's request. In this case, my office may forward a copy of the constituent's correspondence to a different government agency or congressional office. I always ask that the constituent's information be kept confidential. When communicating with my office, constituents often share their name and address. We do keep a copy of all correspondence with constituents for my records. Information collected from constituent correspondence is used solely for information and, in some cases, to respond to you.

When you visit this site, our computer system collects and stores the name of the domain from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com) and the date and time you access this site. We also collect the Internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to our site or the Internet address of the computer used to link to our site. This information is used for site management purposes only. This government computer system uses software programs to create summary statistics using this information.
