Parkville High School Student is Winner of Rep. Cardin's 2001 Arts Competition

Stephanie Fogle, a sophomore at Parkville High School, is the winner of Rep. Benjamin L. Cardin's Third Congressional 2001 Arts Competition. Stephanie's artwork was a charcoal drawing of her high school art teacher titled "Mrs. Dixon." It will be hung in the U.S. Capitol walkway at a special ceremony on Tuesday, June 19, where it will be on display for one year.

The Third Congressional Arts Competition was held on April 29th at Rep. Cardin's District Office and included entries from 14 schools in the Third Congressional District. Stephanie lives in Parkville with her parents, Pauline and David Fogle.
