programs including the Head Start Act, school lunch and child nutrition,
and overseas dependent schools; special education programs including, but
not limited to, alcohol and drug abuse, education of the disabled, migrant
and agricultural labor education and homeless education; educational
research and improvement, including the Institute of Education Sciences; poverty programs, including the Community Services Block
Grant Act and the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). |
