U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Step One of Three

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) was formerly known as the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). In 2002, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security was established, and USCIS now falls under its jurisdiction.

USCIS is responsible for administering immigration and naturalization services, such as processing applications for entering, exiting and residing in the United States either on a temporary or permanent basis.

Requirements

If you are experiencing a problem with USCIS/INS, please complete, print, and sign the Privacy Act waiver.  You may mail or fax the completed waiver with any supporting documentation to my Denver Office.

If you have any questions, please contact my Denver Office by calling (303) 220-7414.

Thank you.
