109th Congress - 1st Session (2005)
$25.9 million in the Transportation Equity Act (see press release):
- $2 million in funding for construction of a rail crossing in Claremore at Blue Star Drive and SH-66
- $14.5 million in funding for improvements to SH-412P at the I-44 Interchange
- $1 million in funding for Texanna Road improvements around Lake Eufaula
- $6.25 million in funding for improvements to SH-3 from Antlers to Broken Bow
- $1 million in funding for improvements to Hereford Lane and US-69 Interchange near McAlester
- $200,000 in funding to construct an interchange south of I-40 along Indian Nation Turnpike near Henryetta
- $1 million in funding for reconstruction of SH-66 from Craig and Rogers Counties to SH-66 and US-60
$26 million in the FY2006 Defense Authorization Act:
- $10 million for Excalibur extended-range artillery projectile at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (McAAP)
- $8 million for the procurement of ammunition peculiar equipment (APE) out-loading equipment at Defense Ammunition Center (DAC)
- $6.5 million for explosive demilitarization technology at McAAP
- $1.5 million for amorphous metal permanent magnet motor
$960,000 in the FY2006 Transportation, Treasury, Housing Appropriations Act:
$1.1 million in the FY2006 Military Quality of Life Appropriations Act (see press release):
- $1.1 Million for McAlester Army Ammunition Plant
$8 million in the FY2006 Defense Appropriations Act (see press release):
- $3 million for ammunition peculiar equipment (APE) out-loading equipment at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant
- $2 million for Excalibur XM982 Life Cycle improvements at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant and Fort Sill
- $3 million for the Institute of Protective Apparel Research and Technology (IPART) at Oklahoma State University

$24 million in the FY2007 Defense Authorization Act (see press release):
- $11 million for the Excalibur extended-range artillery projectile at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (McAAP)
- $6 million for the procurement of ammunition peculiar equipment (APE) out-loading equipment at Defense Ammunition Center (DAC)
- $4 million for Air Force insensitive munitions upgrade at McAAP
- $3 million for desert optimized equipment at McAAP
$550,000 in the FY2007 Transportation, Treasury, Housing Appropriations Act:
$7 million in the FY2007 Defense Appropriations Act (see press release):
- $5 million for the Excalibur extended-range artillery projectile at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (McAAP)
