House Page Program

Pages in the U.S. House of Representatives are responsible for a number of tasks and primarily serve as messengers for Members of Congress and congressional staff. Page applicants must be 16 years of age and a junior in high school. In addition, all candidates must have at least a cumulative grade point average of a "B" (3.0 or 85/100) or better in the five major subject areas.

There are two summer sessions and one school year session. During the school year, pages are required to attend classes. All pages are required to live by a strict code of conduct and receive money for their time as a page.

The U.S. House of Representatives Page Program is administered through the Office of the Speaker of the House and all Pages are selected by the Speaker's office.

If you are interested in applying for a Page position, please contact Rep. Berry's Washington office at 202-225-4076.
