The E-Newsletter allowed Congressman Rogers to email 11,325 constituents already in their database and invite them to communicate with his office. As a result of this E-Newsletter, 962 constituents signed up for a weekly email update. This weekly email update allows Congressman Rogers to communicate with his constituents even with-in the 90-day deadline. (See the enclosed guidelines from the Franking Commission, Committee on House Administration.)
